A light, refreshing cocktail (or mocktail!) to start the year feeling great—perfect for wellness-minded events or daytime gatherings.
Ingredients:
| ▪ | 2 oz fresh cucumber juice |
| ▪ | 1 oz fresh lime juice |
| ▪ | ½ oz honey or agave syrup |
| ▪ | Sparkling water |
| ▪ | Optional: 1 oz vodka or gin |
| ▪ | Garnish: cucumber ribbon & mint |
How to Make:
| 1. | Shake cucumber juice, lime juice, honey/agave, and spirit (if using) with ice. |
| 2. | Strain into a glass over fresh ice. |
| 3. | Top with sparkling water. |
