For all Cash Bar and Hosted Bar service, we bring everything needed and leave the space as clean as we found it. Included are all liquors, wines, beers, seltzers, mixers, soft drinks, juices, water, ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, stirrers, tubs, coolers and bartender supplies. The detailed list and special requests can be discussed by calling or emailing. No problem customizing your mobile bar service experience.
We are happy to use your home or event space bar(s). We can review the location in person or by phone to ensure there is enough space for supplies and back bar.
Libby’s Beverage Catering rents 6′ bars with black skirting and back bars as well as custom bars with glow lighting. Ask by phone or email for current special offers and available options.
Plastic cups are included and suitable for all cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, and champagne.

Libby’s Beverage Catering is fully licensed and insured for mobile bar services at your home or event location. Copies of licenses and certificates of insurance are available upon request.
For event spaces and public locations, Libby’s Beverage Catering will handle the permitting with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). Call or email to discuss the fees and requirements (such as location maps). Please allow at least a week in advance of your event.
Additional insurance for special events, festivals and building requirements may require additional fees that can be discussed by phone or email.

A Hosted Bar is essentially an open bar that the event host has prepaid. All of the drinks from the bar are free. Tips may or not be encouraged as well. Libby’s Beverage Catering provides a cost-effective price per person with unlimited drinks for Hosted Bars.
At a Cash Bar, customers pay for every drink with each order. The bartender will process a customer’s payment in the form of cash, debit card, credit card, Apple pay, etc. like a normal restaurant bar. Contact Libby’s Beverage Catering to review the minimum deposits for providing Cash Bars. Revenue Sharing arrangements are available to help offset your event costs or fund raise for your organization.
A Hosted Cash Bar is a combination whereby the host will prepay for the first two drinks for each guest with a drink ticket system. Guests can also pay by cash or credit card for additional drinks. Libby’s Beverage Catering provides all the necessary tickets, cash registers and credit card processing terminals needed.
